Location & how to get here

Our hotel is situated next to the chairlift and is just 100 m from the Postbus station.

There are three routes you can use to drive to Saas Almagell:

Through the Rhone Valley on the motorway from Bern/Lausanne - Sion - Sierre - Visp - Stalden - Saas Grund
Though the Lötschberg tunnel with the car train Bern - Kandersteg - Goppenstein - Visp - Stalden - Saas Grund
From eastern and central Switzerland with the car train through the Furka Tunnel (Realp - Oberwald) or over the Furka Pass in summer
By train: Bern-Visp and there you can take the bus to Saas-Almagell

You can get to Saas Almagell by train on the same lines:

Through the Rhone valley to Visp
From Bern to Visp (55 min.)
From Basel to Visp (2hrs.)
From Zurich to Visp (2hrs.)

from Visp:
The Postbus runs from Visp every half hour until 21.00.
Check in your luggage at the baggage counter in your local railway station 2 days before you travel and we will be pleased to collect it for you from the post office counter in Saas Almagell. Your luggage will be in your room when you arrive.
